A 19 year veteran of FedEx, Becky brings more than 26 years of experience in Product and Business Development, along with multiple aspects of digital marketing and customer engagement. Currently the Vice President of Customer Engagement Marketing, Becky leads the groups responsible for business and partner development, digital customer engagement and promotion and experience design. Known for her ability to architect change and turn around, her team is currently leading an effort to digitally transform how FedEx engages with customers to create unique value and increase loyalty and engagement.
Becky championed the creation of the FedEx Women in Leadership (WIL) group at FedEx Services and has served as Executive Sponsor since its inception. Becky continues to lead WIL to achieve its mission to elevate women, enhance women’s personal and professional growth and contribute to the success of our company and communities we serve. Under Becky’s leadership WIL has grown from one event in the inaugural year to a seven workstream team supported by over 80 volunteers that produce 15 employee events a year and has over 1900 followers.
Becky received her BS in Marketing and Business Administration from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY, and her MBA from the University of Tampa.
