Natalie Burge is the Associate Vice President of Customer Experience for NFP. With more than 17 years of expertise in marketing, branding, design thinking and psychology she currently acts as an internal consultant researching customer motivation and partnering with sales teams to develop engagement strategies that resonate with audiences and drive action.
Before joining NFP in 2010, Natalie had a design and writing practice within higher education. During this time she honed her visual design skills and garnered a deep understanding of the importance of knowing one’s audience to craft successful messaging.
As creative director, Natalie was integral in the 2015-2016 rebranding of NFP. In the time since, she’s crafted messaging for internal initiatives that speaks to employee needs as well as company objectives, including key aspects of the company’s new diversity and inclusion task force. She’s also designed customer experiences that tie together the company’s brand differentiators and personality.
In addition to her career at NFP, Natalie is a founding member of the Hill Country Film Society and festival, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the art of visual storytelling through film. For the past 10 years, Natalie has been refining that brand and experience to put the film fan and filmmaker at the heart of all decision-making. The society hosts an annual independent film festival in Fredericksburg, Texas, that attracts nearly 1,000 attendees from all across the U.S. and abroad.
