Lori Georganna is a Sr. Director of Consumer Insights and Research at Wyndham where she was brought on board to build and elevate the Consumer Insight function. She previously led a global research and insights team for Walt Disney Parks and Resort where her responsibilities spanned the globe to cover all worldwide Disney theme parks and resorts as well as support for Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and Adventures by Disney. In between Wyndham and Disney, she returned to school (as a Boomer!) to study physical therapy as it had been on her bucket list of things to do. Previous to Disney, Lori was in both marketing and market research roles at Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance. Lori holds a BA in Psychology from Ithaca College and a MS in Marketing from Penn State.
