Lisa Crymes brings more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience to her position as Chief Experience Officer of DST Health Solutions. Ms. Crymes is responsible for designing optimal experiences for customers, creating the business strategy for the customer experience and partnering with senior business leaders to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations. She joined DST in 2012, initially serving as Managing Director, Care Management Strategy, and then leading Strategic Marketing.
Before joining DST, Ms. Crymes held leadership product strategy and consulting positions with industry-leading firms such as McKesson and Emdeon. She has worked with physicians, acute care hospitals, integrated delivery networks, accountable care organizations, payers and a wide range of technology vendors. She also has served as the Chairperson of the Product Management Society of TAG and has been an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and HIMSS.
Ms. Crymes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and an MBA from Shorter University. She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional.
