Julie is the Director, Global Customer Experience within Supply Chain. Julie is accountable for our Customer Promise, developing and driving global programs that improve our customers’ experience with Johnson & Johnson. In this role, Julie has responsibility for leading the global supply chain voice of customer program to listen to our commercial customers in >45 countries, across all J&J’s business segments and to help convert those insights into actions and business outcomes.
Julie joined Johnson & Johnson in 2009 in the Strategic Account Management organization. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Julie spent 14 years with Hewlett Packard in customer experience and strategic customer leadership roles around the world.
Julie has a B.S. in Computer Science and Marketing and completed Executive Business Management courses at Stanford University. Julie is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
