Erica oversees the Customer Marketing functions at NYL Direct. This includes cross-sell and upsell campaigns, retention and onboarding experiences, customer contact strategy, and the supporting marketing technology for the channel.
Erica has 15 years of Marketing experience, of which the last five has been with New York Life. Prior, she was with Raymond James Financial in a variety of Marketing roles, providing leadership in areas such as brand management, media planning, and marketing technology.
Erica earned her undergraduate degree in advertising from Florida State University and her master’s in marketing from the University of Tampa. When not in the office, you’ll find her spending time with her two wild children or traveling the world with her husband.
