Biography

David Vasquez was named Customer Care and Experience executive for Ally Bank, the direct banking subsidiary of Ally Financial Inc. (NYSE:ALLY), in April 2015. In his current role, Vasquez is responsible for all aspects of Ally Financial’s Auto, Mortgage, Investing and Deposits Customer Care organizations to provide a consistent and seamless customer experience across all customer facing channels.

Vasquez joined Ally Financial in 2009 as the Customer Care executive for Ally Bank, with responsibility for all contact center activities related to the servicing and selling of the bank’s retail deposit products.
