Christine Viera | Level 3 Communications
Christine Viera, a seasoned marketing executive, is Level 3’s VP of Global Marketing Strategy & Customer Experience. In this role, she’s responsible for defining strategy and oversight of Level 3’s global customer experience initiatives. She also drives global marketing strategy including segment and primary market research, and product marketing across all of Level 3’s solutions.
From Fortune 500 giant Oracle to high growth start-ups, her focus has been on helping B2B brands succeed by creating sustainable advantage in highly competitive markets. She’s spent more than 15 years in the CRM / CX industry in her pursuit of finding ever better ways to serve customers.
Christine’s strategic and operational marketing experience came by way of serving as VP of Product Marketing and Product Management at Oracle, Siebel Systems and Avaya. She’s also recently served as a quota-bearing SVP of Marketing at content marketing industry innovator Kapost.
She serves on the Advisory Board of the Product Marketing Community. Christine has been recognized as one of 50 Women Marketers to Follow and Top 30 Most Influential Women in MarTech.
