Alison Anesta has over 10 years of experience working in the hospitality Industry, holding both operational and non-operational roles in various lifestyle and luxury brands. In her current role as Director of Guest Engagement & Quality for the famed Beverly Hills Hotel, Alison seeks to understand the experience of guests, using these insights to evolve hotel offerings and operational processes to exceed guest expectations. As a change agent, she continues to pursue excellence in data analysis and visualization, project management, risk-taking, and storytelling. Alison’s passion for innovation has pushed boundaries at the landmark hotel with new and exciting initiatives including the 9021-OM yoga program her team launched in 2016 and continues to expand. Outside of work, Alison enjoys drawing, traveling and volunteering time with her alma mater, Florida State University.
