Complimentary Pass Request

A limited quantity of complimentary passes will be made available to benefits and wellness executives to the 2nd Annual Experience & Loyalty Forum.   Please complete this form if you are interested in securing one of these limited passes. You will be contacted within 48 hours of completing this request.

Note: This pass is only for customer care/experience/loyalty end-user executives and is not available to executives from vendor companies and/or from solution providers who offer products and services to the above mentioned end-user group.  If you fall into this vendor category, please register at the vendor/other industry rate.  Complimentary passes are subject to approval and verification may be required.

As a recipient of a complimentary pass, you will receive the following:

  • Full access to both days of sessions and workshops
  • Breakfast, breaks, lunch, and cocktail receptions as noted in the agenda

  • Invite-only gatherings

The following is not included in the package:

  • Flight and other travel arrangements, including to and from the airport or hotel
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Cancellation and/or ‘no show’ fees

Cancellation and “No Show” Policy

Cancellation of participation at the Experience & Loyalty Forum must be done in writing before April 13, 2018.  Those who fail to show up or cancel without a suitable replacement after this deadline will incur a “cancellation” fee of $495.
